The Director of Formation is a member of the Office of Evangelization and Discipleship, who will walk with parish and school leaders in strengthening ministries pertaining to spiritual and catechetical formation.

Candidates must be practicing Catholic in full communion with the Church and hold a deep knowledge and understanding of Roman Catholic teachings, structure and traditions.

A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in theology, catechetics, religious education or a related field is required along with 2-5 years of experience in parish, school and/or diocesan ministry.

Excellent oral and written communications are a must, Spanish language is a plus.
